We walk a pre-determined path from the minute we’re born. Primary school – middle school – high school – college. While we do get a bit of a leeway on how we utilise these years, we’re always supported by a strong guiding hand leading us through a sheltered path. But the minute you turn the ripe old age of 21, the path ends. We’re released from our sheltered lives and are asked to ‘figure our way’ from here on out. Few lucky ones know exactly what they want from life and manage to get by unscathed. However, most of us find ourselves fumbling our way through.

This was true enough for me – As a student, I wanted to do something in the space of psychology and people. however, the last 20 years has taken me all over – from studying business, management, marketing, sales, collections to finally becoming a leadership coach and learning professional.

I wondered if my path could’ve been less convoluted if I had access to more information and guidance.

It was this thought that led to the genesis of OfExperiences, a platform that addresses specific professional dilemmas, and provides custom informational and guidance services, so you are well equipped to map your career journey.
