OfExperiences is a Leadership and Career Transitions Expert that enables organisations to support their employees through career and life transitions.

Any change in the status quo that requires emotional, behavioural or skill adjustments is a transition. We address transitions that impact careers, both on the professional and the personal front.

We provide support by adequately preparing employees to navigate and adapt to transitions. This includes addressing skill and confidence gaps and enabling them to work through emotions and personal challenges through focused workshops and coaching sessions.

To ensure impact through our interventions, it’s crucial to understand the core challenge of the audience. A detailed diagnostic helps us determine the challenge and provide solutions tailored to the organization’s needs.



We begin by having detailed conversations with the organisation to identify the key business and success metrics they are looking to improve. Then, we conduct a detailed pre and post assessment and include multiple feedback touchpoints in each of our programs to provide a detailed analysis tracking learnings and effectiveness.
